Free Google eBook: Winning the Zero Moment of Truth

What is the Zero Moment of Truth?

Google describes this online decision-making moment, Zero Moment of Truth as, “The way we shop is changing and marketing strategies are simply not keeping pace. Whether we're shopping for corn flakes, concert tickets or a honeymoon in Paris, the Internet has changed how we decide what to buy. Today we're all digital explorers, seeking out online ratings, social media-based peer reviews, videos, and in-depth product details as we move down the path to purchase. Marketing has evolved and modern marketing strategies have to evolve with the changing shape of shopping.”

Google’s free eBook will teach you how this new consumer decision-making moment is changing marketing as a whole.

Jim Lecinski, Managing Director of US Sales & Service at Google, poses the question, “Ask yourself, who on my team has as his or her primary job, helping us win the Zero Moment of Truth?

I recommend you review the eBook to get a better understanding of the shift in the marketing landscape from Google’s perspective.
