TrafficWave has been around for ten years and many users and affiliates have been using it to create their online incomes since the very beginning. Some of them have done quite well for themselves online and are also consistently among the Top 20 affiliates every month. Team OceanSwell, on the other hand, is not even a year-old yet and six of our Team Members were among that Top 20 in July, 2010. I predict that one day it will be ALL 20! Why is this? Because times change and newer and better methods of promotion will always appear - sometimes in a revolutionary way.Henry Ford didn't invent the automobile. He simply conceived of and created a way to mass-produce them and make his product affordable for average Americans. He didn't accomplish this overnight and there were PLENTY of obstacles in his path. But he did it and (as a result) the Model T changed America and the world forever. It's my opinion that the Internet itself is a lot like the Model T in 2010. It has transformed America and the world in such a way that things will never be the same. But, like the Model T, it will seem primitive in the future. However, like the early days of the automotive industry, those who embrace it now and learn how to build businesses around it will be well-rewarded in the future. In fact, it's a must. The Internet is destroying whole industries as it simultaneously spawns new ones. It's a huge societal shift that is very painful in many ways - just like being in the horse and buggy business was at the turn of the last century. But, of course, others came along and built upon Ford's innovation to create even greater success... especially those who produced the oil and gasoline to power these new, mass-produced machines!
OK, so why am I telling you this? Because the future of online business is rushing toward us and it is imperative that everyone who wants to be a successful part of it must be pro-active. That means learning everything there is to know about email marketing, contact list-building, online advertising & promotion in general, and all that goes with it. Team OceanSwell has been such a big success (and will continue to be!) because the workable Team-Build idea has transformed the affiliate-MLM landscape and given average people a chance at real affiliate downlines. And like the Model T, our Team has many imitators and is motivating people to come up even newer and better ideas of their own. For example, a famous quote regarding MLM is that, 'Only the people at the top earn all the money'. Well, I created Team OceanSwell but other Team Members earned more than me in July! Now, why is that? It's because they have improved upon the original idea and are using additional strategies that I don't even know about. In fact, it's none of my business what they're doing and I congratulate them for doing it! My point is that ANYONE can do what I've done if they will apply themselves, keep learning about online business and (most important of all) think!!! What you think about, you bring about and 'As a man thinketh, so shall he be.'
Let the Team-Build help grow your matrix downlines over time, but don't use it as a crutch. Rather, use it as a tool (just one tool) to help create a lasting online income that will never stop growing. But if you think about nothing else, refuse to learn anything else or do anything else, then you are limiting yourself in so many ways and there's not a whole lot more that the Team can do for you. Henry Ford built the factory and the cars, but he couldn't get people to come to work on time, learn to drive safely or maintain their automobiles properly. I'm not Henry Ford, but you get my point. There's only so much I can do and I get lots and lots of pleading or angry emails from people begging or demanding that I somehow change their lives for them. The people who are among TrafficWave's Top 20 earners every month are those who do what other people talk about doing. They are there because of their hard work and their IDEAS. That's because the Internet is a dimension of thought and that's why it's possible (like never before) to think yourself to riches.
Well, enough with the speech. Just so everybody knows, we are getting new Team Members in the triple-rotator system for TrafficWave and we will be moving to a revolving URL type of system very, very soon to give newer members a shot at direct referrals quicker than in the past. It's part of embracing change and using new tech as the Team-Build continues to evolve. Also, the new paid advertising campaign is running and I hope to have some positive results from this throughout September. As for the optional NPN program, my priority remains the same - and that is to get direct referrals under those who don't have any yet. We do have new people coming in, but it's not 'hundreds a day', so your patience is appreciated.
