Are Your Employees Going To Quit?

According to the Wall Street Journal, Google, the leader in creating algorithms for just about everything, has created another one, this time focusing on when employees are going to quit. The employer of 20,000 people, claims they are able to determine who will leave the company by factoring reviews, pay and promotions given. Although they are still withholding the details, they have been able to identify complaints among those who have left.
